Intro's
Seems like quite a few people have become active on this forum in the past few months. Many of you I know and exchange with off the forum, but others I know very little about. I find that when I am discussing tea, it helps me to know a little about the other participants. Especially the extent of your experience with tea, background, other interests, etc. I'll start with a quick bio of myself.

Bearsx3, if this thread is successful, could you create a frontpage link to it for easy access?

Re: Introduction
Getting in to pu-erh at the age of 41 does make one think twice about buying lots of young pu to age. Having a wife who thinks that it's absolutely ridiculous to store lots of this stuff in a small apartment with two kids is another.

heh. i think davelcorp might agree with you on that one.

re: buying tea to age: i'm less concerned about the issue of my own age (it'd be nice to be 70 and sit around drinking good old tea), and more concerned about whether it makes sense to even bother aging tea in the bay area--with locally aged stuff i've tasted, the lack of humidity here really does seem to make a difference.
